Come and stay in Nort Neuk Cottage, among friendly locals in the small coastal village of Hoswick, with its jumble of cottages winding their way up the hillside from the shore. Have access to good facilities in Hoswick, all a few minutes walk away (especially the Visitor Centre cafe for breakfast/lunch), and the excellent local shop/ bakery and swimming pool, a ten minute walk away,but have the privacy to be tucked away in the north corner (Nort Neuk) of the village.
Situated halfway between Lerwick (15 miles) and Sumburgh Airport, Nort Neuk is ideally placed to explore the rich archaeological sites, spectacular coastline and pristine beaches of the South Mainland, with easy access to the rest of the Mainland and Islands including the North Isles, which can be visited in a day trip
Nort Neuk has been architecturally redesigned and renovated with a deceptively spacious interior, an eclectic mix of old and new, with original artwork and prints by Shetland and Scottish artists throughout. The cottage comprises:
