The flat is spread over two floors. The front doors open into a stairwell with large storage cupboard suitable for bikes.

The first-floor hallway leads to the well-appointed kitchen/living area and includes induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, extendable oak table and chairs, comfortable fabric suite, TV, coffee and lamp tables, and floor and table lamps. There are views down Mounthooly Street and to the harbour beyond.

Within the hallway is a utility cupboard which houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.

Stairs lead to the second floor. Access to the shower room is from the landing and the room provides the luxury of underfloor heating, shower enclosure, WC, sink, heated towel rail and storage unit.

There are two airy bedrooms which can sleep a maximum of 4 guests - in one double room and one twin/king room. The larger bedroom comes with a chest of drawers. Both have large built-in wardrobes, bedside chests, quality mattresses on divan bases.
