Each of our studio apartments has all the facilities you will require for your self catering stay with us. From an elevated position on Bressay, you will enjoy spectacular views across the island towards Lerwick Harbour.

We are a family owned business. All our studio apartments have been uniquely and individually designed, with contemporary furnishings and fittings to provide the perfect home from home comfort any guest might expect.
Integrated and compact kitchens include fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, combination microwave oven, two-ring ceramic hob, toaster, kettle and all kitchen utensils.
To fully enjoy the fantastic views, guests are welcome to enjoy our outside garden seated and terrace areas.
Newhall Cottage is a traditional Shetland croft house which has been refurbished to the highest standard.
The cottage is situated on the island of Bressay and has stunning views over the harbour to Lerwick. Set in a peaceful location on its own with garden and nearby Mail Beach, which is a two-minute stroll along a single track road, makes our cottage the perfect place to relax and unwind while on holiday in Shetland.
We know pets are part of the family and we would welcome them to stay with you on your visit to our cottage.
