Below are directions from the airport, if you arrive by ferry please turn right as you leave the terminal and follow the main road out of Lerwick towards Scalloway then follow below directions from **
From Sumburgh take the A970 to Lerwick/Scalloway - after 24 miles take a Left turn onto B9073 to Scalloway/Burra – when you arrive at a T Junction take a Left turn onto A970 towards Scalloway/Burra - **continue until you will travel downhill approaching Scalloway (do not drive into Scalloway). At sea level, take the main Left turn towards Burra - Continue driving straight on for 4 miles, you will cross two bridges, then you will be in Burra.
In Burra, continue straight on for 1 mile to the village of Hamnavoe, keep driving straight on until you begin to come down a steep hill - Half way down the hill there is a main right turn (sign says Glen) after turning that corner Glen B&B is the first house on the right. Grey railings with Glen B&B sign, you can park right there below our steps.
