Built in 1886, the traditional stone-built building has been extensively renovated to a very high standard to provide the upper floor accommodation of 3 spacious bedrooms - 2 double (one with shower room) and one twin bedroom, sleeping up to 6 people. In addition, there is a fully fitted kitchen and bathroom having all been tastefully and sympathetically refurbished. The upper apartment has stunning views over the rooftops towards Lerwick Harbour and beyond.
Our lower apartment is located on the ground floor. This accommodation provides another self-contained apartment with 3 double bedrooms, bathroom and large kitchen/diner/living room. The lower apartment is pet-friendly by arrangement.
The properties are in an ideal location for your trip, situated above the main shopping street in Lerwick and convenient for both day and night-time activities.

Arriving by Air
If you arrive at Sumburgh Airport in the south of Shetland, follow the main A970 road to Lerwick. At the second roundabout (at Tesco's supermarket) go straight though onto the A969. Continue for about 500m and then turn left at King Harald Street, drive 200m and turn right onto King Erik Street, at the top of the road, cross the carriageway and onto Charlotte Street with the Town Hall on your right hand side, continue downhill parking on the right hand side of the road. Parking is either on-street or to nearby car parks at the top of Charlotte Street.
Arriving by Boat
When arriving by Northlink Ferries, exit the ferry and turn left at the main road A970. Continue straight through the 2 roundabouts, drive 200m and turn right into King Harald Street (opposite the Lerwick British Legion on your left), continue 200m and then turn left into King Erik Street, at the top of the road, cross the carriageway and onto Charlotte Street with the Town Hall on your right hand side, continue downhill parking on the right hand side of the road. Parking is either on-street or to nearby car parks at the top of Charlotte Street.
