“Da Haaf” enjoys a central mainland location. It has open sea views towards the island of Foula and is situated right next to Meal beach, Burra, approximately 5 minutes drive from Scalloway and 15 minutes from Lerwick. The local shop in Hamnavoe is within walking distance. Coastal walks and stunning scenery are right on the doorstep.

Accommodation

• The house has an open-plan living area with a multifuel stove. In the living room there is a 40” smart 4K television and DVD player.
• The spacious kitchen is well equipped with a range cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine as well as plenty of crockery, cutlery and utensils. Patio doors lead to a decked area and the garden to the rear of the property.
• A separate utility room with washing machine and tumble drier is situated next to the kitchen and extensive storage is available. An iron and board is kept in one of the hallway cupboards.
• A well stocked library with sea views provides a quiet place to relax.
• There are 4 bedrooms – 2 kingsize of which one is en-suite and has a patio door to the front garden, one double en-suite and one twin. There is also a sofabed in the library to provide extra sleeping accommodation.
• The main bathroom is exceptionally spacious, with WC, sink, built-in units, bath and separate shower.
• A large garden surrounds the property and the driveway provides parking space for many vehicles. There is a washing line to the rear of the property.
• Bed linen, towels and hairdryer are provided. Highchair and travel cot are available on request.
• A selection of toys and games suitable for a variety of ages are also available.

The property is available all year, for short or longer term lets. All electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are included in the price.
