Our apartment is situated in the South Mainland.We have many beautiful white sandy beaches nearby, with the famous St Ninian’s tombolo a short drive away. Our area has a rich wealth of archaeological sites, including three ancient brochs, within walking distance. There is a 16-metre swimming pool 8 miles away in Sandwick. We have a croft with sheep and if you are here in spring you could experience ‘live lambing’ if you choose or help with the hay making in the summer.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is supplied with all utensils for cooking and is fitted with all appliances. A dishwasher, hob, oven, built-in microwave and fridge. In a small room off the kitchen is a washer/dryer, iron and ironing board for your laundry, and a small deep freeze. There is an area where you can hang and dry outdoor clothing and hiking boots etc.
Dining Area:
The dining area seats 4 comfortably and has beautiful views over Clumlie Loch.
Bedroom:
The bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed and a huge built-in mirrored wardrobe. A hair dryer is provided.
Sitting Room:
The sitting room has a cosy sofa bed with linen stored inside, which converts easily into a large comfortable double bed. There is a desk for writing etc. TV is Freesat and is Smart enabled.
Bathroom:
The large, luxury bathroom has a bath, separate shower, sink, toilet and bidet.

Directions
From Sumburgh Airport, follow the A970 for approximately 8 miles until you come to a junction on your right marked Clumlie. Drive down this road for approximately 1 mile and you will see our group of four houses and outbuildings on your left. Turn in and come over the cattle grid. We are the first house in the group with the big corner window.
From the NorthLink Ferry Terminal Junction, take a left, follow the road until the first roundabout – go straight on (second junction). At the next roundabout take a right (second junction, into North Lochside) and a few yards ahead you will see a new roundabout at the new school area. Go straight ahead here and on until the next roundabout near Tesco. Take the second exit straight ahead and follow main A970 until the next roundabout. Go straight on at this one (second junction) and follow the A970 for approximately 20 miles until you have passed the village of Levenwick. From there drive approximately three quarters of a mile then take the junction marked Clumlie on your left. Drive down this road for approximately 1 mile and you will see our group of four houses and outbuildings on your left. Turn in and come over the cattle grid. We are the first house in the group with a large corner window.
