With a lovely patio area and garden at the back with rattan furniture you can make the most of the summer sun even when you are situated in the heart of Lerwick.

36 St Olaf Street offers high-quality accommodation and is an ideal base to tour around Shetland but at the same time has everything at your fingertips!

The accommodation consists of:

Spacious, well-equipped lounge with Smart TV and Blu Ray DVD player and a selection of DVDs; books and board games. There are two settees, coffee table and side tables.

Fully-equipped kitchen/dining room with integrated electric oven, integrated oven/microwave with warming drawer and gas hob; integrated fridge/freezer; washing machine; dishwasher; boiling tap. The large dining table seats eight. There is a settee and chair; coffee table and Smart TV.

Downstairs en-suite bedroom with matching furniture. The bathroom has a walk-in shower; vanity unit toilet and heated towel rail.

Separate toilet with wash hand basin.

Downstairs hall cupboard has a tumble drier and coat hooks.

Upstairs there is a king-size bedroom: a spacious room with views of the sea; it has fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets, hairdryer.

A further king-size bedroom with mirror fitted wardrobes and bedside tables.

There is a twin-bedded room with views of the garden. There are fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside tables.

There is a large cupboard on the upstairs landing which has an ironing board and iron.

Central heating is provided from Lerwick District Heating Scheme. Radiators can be adjusted according to your preference.

Electricity, bed linen, towels and dishtowels are included in hire.
